How to request a return due to change of mind (withdrawal):

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive the order at your address.

After the product arrives, we will perform functionality tests and inspect the condition of the product and the items included in the box. Once the product’s condition is confirmed to be perfect, the refund will be released within up to 30 calendar days, using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost to you to receive the refund. The time it takes for the amount to be credited to the customer depends on the financial operators.
If there is any damage or any missing item, the amounts corresponding to missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to request a return for defective products:

In accordance with Brazilian law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the order at your address.

How to return products:

As established by Consumer Protection rules, the costs of return shipping for products returned due to withdrawal rights or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

You will receive a posting authorization code by email or WhatsApp after your return request, and you must post the merchandise at a Correios branch or at carrier drop-off points. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest that you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if it is not damaged) or an appropriate box that protects the items during transport.
